Strategy 1: Measure how bad the distraction is
We are going to start with our first mini-scorecard. This utilizes the concept of a big rock. Big rocks are those big important things that if we spent a little time focusing on, they can create big changes that start us down the path of a life with purpose. Our first big rock is a little bit of mindfulness in understanding how much gaming you are actually doing as well as the impact on relationships.
Your job over the next several days is to track the time spent and the opportunities skipped so we can start to get control over it.
