Strategy 1: Measure how bad the distraction is
We are going to start with our first mini-scorecard. This utilizes the concept of a big rock. Big rocks are those big important things that if we spent a little time focusing on, they can create big changes that start us down the path of a life with purpose. Our first big rock is a little bit of mindfulness in understanding how our social networks are interrupting us and how they are actually making us feel.
Your job over the next several days is to track the distraction and the mental impact so we can start to get control over it.
